Food was amazing. Got Mannys cowboy burger and it was juicy and flavorful. Its honestly the best burger in arizona.

After placing my Order, I waited to use the bathroom after a employee came out. I looked at the sink. The sink was dry. "I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund". because I thought that he did not wash his hands. But then after I dicovered it was the Owner Manny and to my surprise he was actually Cleaning and wiping down. I Stayed & Enjoyed A Philly Cheese steak To Die For ! This Place You Must Try For Your Self .

Food was delicious, and Manny’s hospitality was warm and inviting! Everything was made fresh and hot. We truly felt welcome and would visit again. There were also several interesting art things around that he had made. A neat stop!

My wife and I traveled down to Tubac (from Phoenix area) for a Saturday afternoon art fix. After a long hot afternoon we were looking for a nice quaint local burger joint and by Golly this place was a little piece of heaven. Manny was a fabulous host and his burgers were phenomenal. This place is small but we love finding these little local gems!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend and you have to get a small (or large if you have room) cup of his homemade frozen custard, a party in your mouth!

The burgers are great, but it tastes like Manny needs to change his fryer oil. The owner is a nice guy and the ice cream is delicious.

Manny greeted each person that came in. He cooked the food, which is excellent. Fresh, homemade recipes. He played a song on his guitar in between serving customers and the orders. We tried the hamburgers. Next time, we'll try the cheese steak.

Manny is a model for customer service. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left we were taken care off with kit gloves. The burger was one of if not the best burgers I have ever ate. The secret sauce with onion rings are still making my mouth water thinking about it. Can't wait until he opens tomorrow.

Gourmet burgers cooked by the owner. Fries cooked on duck fat. Homemade frozen Custer. Great food, prices and atmosphere.

Manny not only griddles a great (surprisingly gourmet) burger, but he is a great source for local information and lore about the Borderlands. In his life, he has been a cowboy, an artist, a high-end chef, a builder. If you are lucky, and it is slow, he might even get out his guitar and sing for you.

Visited while staying with my wife’s family and Manny’s Cowboy Burger was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Place is a diamond in the rough. If I’m the area it’s a must to get your burger fix.

So personable, the chef explained everything that went into the burgers and you could tell how proud he was of his work. Delicious!

Yesterday after a pharmacy run to Mexico, Mom, Emmanuel, pals Shari and JB had dinner at Manny's Cowboy Burgers in Rio Rico. A quaint, tiny "hole-in-the-wall" with delish food lovingly served by a singing chief. Manny personally checks with each diner to be sure the food is just right. BUT when the rush was over, out comes the guitar along with some Elvis, Brooks and Dunn, and a one man Mariachi!!. The entertainment alone is worth the trip. 😉
